Dr. Coleman works closely with maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges with life’s transitions. She has demonstrated success working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and vocations. She places great emphasis on treating the entire person not simply their symptoms. Dr. Coleman takes her time to learn and understand your past experiences as she believes the past impacts the present but does not have to define the future. She will work with you to identify and process internalized messages from your childhood and support you as you make decisions for your future. Treatment plans may include components such as individual and/or family therapy, EMDR, connection to birth professionals, yoga, chiropractic referrals, or group therapy. Dr. Coleman completed her adult training at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago, IL and Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA.
